Covid-19 Update
We are shipping orders as usual, with our warehouse team working Monday-Friday while adhering to social distancing regulations.
Shipping
Product delivery details will be shared on email / phone within 8-10 working days (pan India) and 12-20 working days (International) from the date of order.
If in case the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver to you, in that case the order will be considered completed and no refund will be made. The company will attempt one more time to deliver the product after taking the proper address from the customer and the customer will have to pay for shipping charges.
Delivery details will be provided by the company to customers through mail with expected delivery date and with consignment number for tracking the product delivery before shipment.
Disclaimer: Any custom charges, brokerage fee or any taxes applicable by the destination country will be borne by the customer and the company will not be responsible for it.
If there are any delays in product shipment, the company will inform the customer with updates on new dispatch timings and details.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
Product once bought cannot be returned or exchanged except for defects, and to be sent back 2 days within receiving the shipment. We do not have a refund policy. For all returns due to defects, the amount can be adjusted against the same product or another order. You can mail us with your purchase details at hello@inlandshop.in
